It’s a good day to be alive, ladies and gents. Maryland Terrapins players Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens came out with an Instagram video issuing a dance challenge for other athletes to Ghost Town’s “My Boo." Not only are these videos hilarious, but they're also very appealing to the eye. NOM, NOM, NOM.

The video went viral and many teams like the Miami Hurricanes accepted the challenge, calling it the "#runningmanchallenge."
